They will schedule an introductory appointment in which the entire course of events will be explained in full. HouseDM will present a step-by-step plan, starting with a design for the house. Wishes and requirements will be put on paper, after which an architect can set to work. Once the deed of purchase has been signed, you will have a marvellous prospect: construction of your dream house can begin! It is also possible to visit the construction site. This site is located in the beautiful province of Arad, where HouseDM is having luxury homes built. During the construction process, you will be sent monthly reports of the developments, via a newsletter and specially adapted for your home.
It goes without saying that having a house built according to your very own specifications is a very exciting venture! Of course, selecting an existing blueprint or house which has already been more or less ‘finished’ is also possible.
